3. GPS Data

With user permission, we collect GPS location data during job check-ins and photo uploads for proof-of-work verification. This data is stored securely and associated with work order records.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only as necessary to operate the platform (e.g., connecting customers with assigned contractors, processing payments through Stripe).

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data. All payments are processed through Stripe's secure infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

We retain user data for as long as the account is active and as required by law. Compliance documents are retained per applicable regulatory requirements.
