1. Platform Description

Certivide is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides field operations management tools for independent licensed trade professionals, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and general contractors. The platform facilitates work order management, proof-of-work documentation, invoicing, compliance tracking, and customer communication.

2. Independent Contractor Disclaimer

Certivide does not employ contractors, supervise work, guarantee workmanship, or hold any contractor licenses. All contractors using this platform are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits, and code compliance. Certivide is not a contractor, staffing agency, or licensed trade service. The platform serves solely as an operations management tool.

3. User Responsibilities

Contractors are solely responsible for maintaining valid licenses, insurance, permits, and certifications required by their jurisdiction. Customers acknowledge that Certivide does not perform, supervise, or warranty any trade services.

4. Payments

Payments processed through the platform use Stripe. Certivide is not responsible for payment disputes between contractors and customers beyond providing transaction records.

5. Subscriptions

Contractor subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitation of Liability

Certivide provides its platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, the quality of contractor services, or any disputes between users.
